One inbox, one decision

All your addresses arrive in one place. Each message gets one decision: Archive or Trash.

A Home Address for the people you know

Your Home Address is the one you give to friends, family and the people you work with. Keep it on your own domain, or use a @windpost.me address.

A Pen Name for everyone who asks

When a shop, a bank or a newsletter asks for your email, give it a Pen Name instead of your Home Address.

A Pen Name is a new address like folded.wing317@windpost.me.

Make a new one for each place that asks, and retire it when you no longer want to hear from them. Your Home Address stays with the people you chose to give it to.

Writing back

When you reply, the reply goes out from the address the message was sent to, so a shop you know by a Pen Name never sees your Home Address. You can also write new messages, one at a time, from any of your addresses.

Individuals who want a calmer relationship with their inbox. Not teams, not marketing, not automated workflows.

About sending

Every message Windpost sends is written by a person, one at a time. Windpost doesn't offer bulk sending, mailing lists, scheduled campaigns, or programmatic sending through SMTP or an API. Most outbound mail is a reply to someone who wrote first.

We monitor bounces and complaints, and stop sending to addresses that bounce or report mail as unwanted.

Privacy

We collect only what's needed to deliver your mail. We don't sell your data or share it with third parties. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
