Account information: your email address and any Windpost addresses assigned to you
Mail content: messages you send and receive through Windpost
Usage data: basic logs needed to operate and maintain the service (timestamps, delivery status)

We do not collect advertising identifiers, behavioral profiles, or data beyond what is needed to deliver your mail.

How we use it

To deliver and receive email on your behalf
To maintain and improve the service
To respond to support requests

We do not use your mail content for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties.

How we store it

Mail and account data are stored securely on servers operated by Google Cloud Platform. Raw mail is stored in encrypted object storage. We retain your data for as long as your account is active, or as required by law.

Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except:

Service providers necessary to operate Windpost (cloud infrastructure, email delivery)
Legal obligations: if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.

Email and unsubscribe

Recipients of mail sent from Windpost addresses may opt out at any time by replying with "unsubscribe" or by contacting us directly. We will ensure the sender is notified and take appropriate action.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page.
